The Emmett Lions Club will be hosting a Hearing and Vision Screening at Garden Valley School on September 10th, 2025.
Please see the attached form and indicate if your student will, or will not, participate in the screening. Elementary students will also bring home a printed form.
Completed forms can be returned to your student's teacher or to the front office at the school.
